This diet tells you what you can eat when you’re at home. That diet tells you what you can eat when you go out. The other diet tells you what you should look for in a meal before you consume it. The dieting world is so confusing that it’s no wonder that many people who are dieting avoid eating out. Here’s some news for you: if you’re going out to a Simi Valley restaurant, whether you’re going out while you’re dieting or not, try to enjoy it!

Scientists and doctors all agree that you need to listen to your body. This means that if you’re on a diet that restricts you from carbs, and your body is craving a baked potato, eat it! Keep the leafy greens and non-fattening food off of your plate, unless that is what you’re craving, and go for what you’re truly craving. You will be much better able to handle your diet if you eat the foods you really want while you’re dining out at a Simi Valley restaurant than you will be if you ignore the cravings and stick with the non-fat items.
