All Early Bird Specials include: Regular Ice-Tea or Coffee, Entree, and a choice of a Mexican Flan or a scoop of Ice Cream.

 

Arroz Con Pollo: Shredded chicken, tomatoes and onions, covered with ranchera sauce and cheese. Served on top of a bed of rice. Choice of corn or flour tortillas.

 

Chile Verde: Tender cubed pork, simmered in our traditional mild green sauce. Served with rice, beans and a choice of flour or corn tortillas.

 

Chile Colorado: Cubed beef cooked in a mild red chili sauce, served wtih rice, beans and a choice of flour or corn tortillas.

 

Mini Chicken Tostada: Shredded chicken breast served in a crisp flour shell, topped with beans, cheese, olives, tomatoes and shredded lettuce. Guacamole and sour cream.
